El servicio “maximcare” es un servicio técnico opcional ofrecido por Maximstore Uruguay S.A.S y puede adquirirse para todo o parte de los equipos Mac, iPhone y iPad que el Cliente adquiera en maximstore. No obstante, maximstore se reserva el derecho a no ofrecer este servicio para un producto u operación en particular.
El precio aplicable le será informado previamente al Cliente en función del producto adquirido en cada caso en concreto, y quedará individualizado en su factura de compra.
Este contrato queda perfeccionado al momento en que el Cliente abone dicha factura en su totalidad.
En caso de que el Cliente adquiera este servicio, maximstore permanecerá a su entera disposición y reparará directamente, sin costo adicional para el Cliente, cualquier inconveniente técnico que ocurra estrictamente en el período comprendido entre el vencimiento de la garantía otorgada por el fabricante (un año desde la comercialización del producto) y el plazo indicado en la factura en función del servicio adquirido, siempre que dicho inconveniente hubiera estado cubierto por la garantía del fabricante si hubiera ocurrido dentro de su período de vigencia. Cómo ejemplo, si el Cliente adquiere un servicio por dos años, el mismo operará desde el vencimiento de la garantía del fabricante y hasta cumplirse los dos años desde la fecha de compra del equipo cubierto, independientemente de cuando haya sido adquirido este servicio.
El servicio incluye exclusivamente los accesorios incluidos en la caja original de los equipo, excluyendo otros accesorios adquiridos por separado y cualquier otro producto para el cual este servicio no haya sido adquirido de manera explícita.
Las reparaciones comprendidas en este contrato de servicio técnico se realizarán exclusivamente en el laboratorio técnico de maximstore (Apple Authorized Service Provider), siguiendo los procedimientos y plazos que serán oportunamente informados una vez que el equipo ingrese al laboratorio y se pueda tener una aproximación inicial a la falla o defecto existente.
El servicio cubrirá tanto el costo de los repuestos como los costos de mano de obra asociados.
El cliente entiende y acepta que quedarán excluidos del servicio, las fallas en baterías de Iphone que ocurran luego de los 2 años de la adquisición de dicho iPhone.
También quedan excluidos de los servicios enunciados precedentemente, los daños provocados por falta, negligencia, impericia e inobservancia de las condiciones de utilización y toda avería o funcionamiento defectuoso que sea atribuible a un mal uso por parte del usuario y/o terceros, así como cualquier desperfecto que no hubiese estado cubierto por la garantía original del fabricante si se hubiese producido durante la vigencia de la misma.

The “maximcare” service is an optional technical service offered by Maximstore Uruguay S.A.S and can be acquired for all or part of the Mac, iPhone and iPad equipment that the Client acquires at maximstore. Nonetheless, maximstore reserves the right to not offer this service for a particular product or operation.
The applicable price will be informed previously to the Client based on the product acquired in each specific case, and will remain individualized on their purchase invoice. This contract is perfected at the moment in which the Client pays said invoice in full.
In the event that the Client acquires this service, maximstore will remain at their entire disposal and will repair directly, without additional cost for the Client, any technical inconvenience that occurs strictly in the period comprised between the expiration of the warranty granted by the manufacturer (one year from the commercialization of the product) and the term indicated on the invoice in function of the acquired service, provided that said inconvenience would have been covered by the manufacturer's warranty had it occurred within its period of validity. As an example, if the Client acquires a service for two years, the same will operate from the expiration of the manufacturer´s warranty and until the completion of two years from the date of purchase of the covered equipment, regardless of when this service was acquired.
The service includes exclusively the accessories included in the original box of the equipment, excluding other accessories acquired separately and any other product for which this service has not been acquired in an explicit manner.
The repairs comprised in this technical service contract will be performed exclusively in the technical laboratory of maximstore (Apple Authorized Service Provider), following the procedures and terms that will be opportunely informed once the equipment enters the laboratory and an initial approximation to the existing failure or defect can be had.
The service will cover both the cost of the spare parts and the associated labor costs.
The client understands and accepts that failures in iPhone batteries that occur after 2 years of the acquisition of said iPhone will be excluded from the service.
Also excluded from the services stated previously are damages caused by fault, negligence, lack of skill and non-observance of the conditions of use and every breakdown or defective functioning that is attributable to a bad use by the user and/or third parties, as well as any defect that would not have been covered by the original manufacturer´s warranty if it had been produced during the validity of the same.
